[Overview]
This is a special piece.
It's a 1960s American-made Homburg hat. It's rare for vintage pieces to be explicitly labeled as beaver.
It's a top-of-the-line hat with a 25 marking. Back then, 25 was the highest price point among commonly available hats.

The size is US 7-1/4, and the actual measurement is approximately 58.3cm.

Churchill is a high-end brand under the Resistol umbrella, known for its Western hats. It's known that in the 1950s, the starting price was 1.5 times that of a Stetson Whippet, making it one of the highest-end hat brands in America.

The shop that carried this hat was a haberdashery frequented by President Kennedy. Considering the era, President Kennedy might have even handled this hat!

The Homburg hat is characterized by its curled brim and piping, making it an elegant hat. It can be worn not only with suits but also with director's suits and tuxedos. This one has a slightly thinner brim and finer piping, giving it a clean impression.

It's an overwhelming beaver felt, with a fine, uniform texture like velvet. I personally own another one, but even among my collection, this one is exceptionally fine-grained and has a deep black color. It surpasses even the felt of a 1940s Knox Twenty or a pre-war Herbert Johnson. The interior is also unified in black, emphasizing the depth of the black color.

Don't miss this opportunity to own an exceptional Homburg!
