This is a set of an Angelic Pretty Musee Chocolat series JSK (jumperskirt) and matching ribbon headbow. It's from 2013 and the color is brown. It's a lighter brown than usual, with a slightly muted, cocoa-like hue.
The original print features classic and very cute illustrations of bears in chocolate frames.
It was a popular pattern, but there were no re-releases, so I think it's rare to find.
The back is fully shirred, making it easy to wear and flexible in size.
The two ribbons on the chest and waist are brooches, so you can remove them or change their position.
I haven't worn it much, and I don't see any noticeable stains, but I think there was a removable chain decoration on the chest, which is missing.
Also, the ribbon brooches have wrinkles, and the edges are slightly frayed, and both the JSK and headbow have some slight disarray in the tassel decorations.
I don't think it will significantly affect wear, but please understand that I will be selling it in its current condition.
Please purchase only if you understand the above and that it is a vintage item and has been stored by an individual.
Also, I am not currently considering lowering the price.
