I bought her from a reseller in Japan as brand new. However, when she was shipped to me, she WAS new, but due to poor packaging her hair had broken off. I basically kept her in the box the entire time she's been with me. I did remove her one time to assess the damage so I could report it to the seller, but at that point they just said hey, it's the postal service and never got back to me. Sasuga Yamato postage I guess. Since I didn't have time to fix her up myself, I'm selling her as is. She is absolutely beautiful, but I am trying to make some space for an eventual move~
