I purchased this last month.
It's a US layout.
My company PC has a JIS layout, and it's a bit of a hassle to work on the PC without a keyboard, so I'm giving up and will purchase a new JIS layout keyboard.
I've taken good care of it, so there are no scratches or stains.
I've done some custom modifications to the keyboard, so I recommend initializing it.
