Vintage trip NYC skirt. Red plaid with black skulls on top, large pleats in the front smooth back. The zipper works perfectly, fabric is in like new condition. I bought this myself back in my twenties in the early 2000s from Hot Topic. Wore it maybe once or twice and packed it away till now. Perfect condition.
