Item has black marks consistent with stores utensil they price items with. I have bought many of their items with these type marks and they have always come off with water and a little scrub from a toothbrush. True vintage pair of pants that would still hold a good value if I did remove tags and washed but I decided to sell as is incase someone wanted to keep the tags on for whatever purpose.
