This is a vest by ARCHIVIO J.M. Ribot, patchwork made from extremely rare vintage wool fabric.
The size 52 of this vest is the only one of its kind in the world, making it a very rare piece.
The material uses vintage summer wool of different ages and types of worsted yarn, reminiscent of French vintage. Although it looks like a randomly formed pattern, the designer Karim himself calculated the layout and constructed the pattern, making it a very time-consuming product. The meticulously constructed patchwork is extremely beautiful, a masterpiece that even feels like a work of art.
At first glance, the impact may seem overwhelming and difficult to wear, but the excellent balance of the length & hem makes it possible to wear it in a good way.
I really like this product, but unfortunately, it became the wrong size before I could wear it, so I would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
