Excellent vintage condition - For the life of me I can't pinpoint a year, but you can tell it is old from how it is made, materials, etc --60s? There is no manufacturer tag or any information inside except for where it was made and size. Beautiful sequin and beading detail on a sweater like knit fabric. Zips in back with metal zipper.
