NWT Rabbit Fur cape by Lord and Taylor. This is a cape, but does have arm holes .The shoulders measure proximately 16inches, chest is 17 inches from armpit to armpit and total length is 20 inches from shoulder to the bottom. I would guess this to fit anywhere from XS-M.
