Vintage boys tricycle made in the USA by Hedstrom in the 1970’s is completely intact and still operates. Handle grips, foot pedals, wheels, front tire fender, and original horn are all attached. Does have scratches, scrapes, and some rust, but condition is consistent with age. Could certainly clean up well.
