This piece of fashion history is spectacular! You can see the craftsmanship and how they even used pinking shears when preparing the fabric. A true handmade piece. I've seen only a small handful of pictures of other similar pieces online.
There are small areas of pilling in areas of usual wear over the last 55 years and the nature of the fabric. These areas are hardly noticeable.
