Traditional Kilt closure- one belt on inside apron & 2 on the outside. Allowing for 3 adjustment.
(So this should fit sizes between 42-45)

I believe this is the 'Ramsey Blue' Tartan.

This was an impulse purchase by a friend at a Renaissance Fair. He hasn't worn it since.
It needs to go to someone who will take it on grand adventures & wear it proudly as it should be!
