unit is brand new, in open box. comes with all accessories, and paperwork. the stickers sealing the charger, and headphones has lost its adhesive and is no longer sticking. there is also a chance the battery may not charge because this is a vintage unit. batteries are available on ebay. also comes with 2 brand new, factory sealed games! the tony hawk is very hard to find brand new.
