Thick chunky warm sweater-jacket, suitable for outdoor wear in cold weather. Probably from the 1980s. I had a similar one, way back then! Has pockets. Dog theme is colorful, cute, and cozy. It's marked size small, but it's more like a large or generous medium. It measures 27" pit to pit. The length is 29" from top of collar (in back) to bottom of hem.
