Inspired by Mary Poppin’s Jolly Holiday Day Dress, this lovely skirt has layers of mesh and tulle (fully lined for your comfort) for the full effect, topped with a lovely floral embroidered mesh with the signature red ribbons and matching red waistband. The waistband has elastic in the back and the lovely skirt is finished off with POCKETS and a side zipper.
