I believe this item is unused and has never been washed. The red marks indicating buttonhole placement are still present (see images 10 and 11).
There are a few minor stains on the back (images 16-19). They are the same color as the fabric and are not very noticeable, even to me, making it difficult to pinpoint their location. They appear to be dirt or soil-related, so they may come out with washing.
