This is a Caran d'Ache Gren D'eau 1.18mm pencil, silver 800 model.
It's in quite good condition, but as it's a silver product, there is some tarnishing. I think it can be cleaned with a cloth, etc.
Operation has been confirmed. If you wish, I can include replacement leads.
