It is quite large measuring 24 in height with the head measuring 18 x 4.25 . The base is 8.75 x 9 . It is adjustable in 2 places. All aspects work perfectly. Will be shipping with the bulbs and packed exceptionally as to not cause damage. We are both in the hands of the UPS though.
