In really good shape except for one flaw that I see, but I'm not expert, I may not know what to look for. However the piece of material that loops in the back, I guess what you use to help pull them up on the left foot has been snagged and almost torn in to. I suppose you may not even need those loops and they could be cut off completely. Anyway still a great pair of shoes for a fraction of what the new ones cost.
