New without tags J. Crew Factory Pleated Midi in Navy. Size is 2 classic/regular. Was a Christmas gift but sadly couldn't wear it since it was too long for me. Retails for 89.99 on J. Crew at the moment. Would look great with an oversized sweater or a t-shirt.
