This is a patrolman 117v Pro 3 12v Realistic UHF-VHF Monitor. It turns on and it was tested with a speaker. I heard the static changes on the speaker it was connected to to make sure it works. The lights also function as shown in the photos. Im also including an antenna it is connected to also shown in the photos. Shipping on this item will be expensive for me because this is extremely heavy. It is included in the list price. My price includes the monitor antenna and shipping.
