1944 WWII Model S501XX Made in Japan W34L34 Washed and Cut

I've already washed them, and after trying them on, I accidentally cut the hem too short (sweat).

Waist: Approximately 43cm
Total length (outer side seam including the belt): Approximately 93.5cm
Inseam: Approximately 64cm, but it will be about 62cm after hemming with a sewing machine, as it will shorten by about 2cm. The total length will be about 91.5cm.

I can finish them with a regular sewing machine if needed. Please comment.

Laurel wreath donut buttons, leather patch with guarantee, red tab with single-sided BIG E, painted arcuate.
Simplification was forced as much as possible due to wartime material controls.
Made in Japan using Kaihara organic cotton.
