Fill your script with this apothecary bottle from a long ago chemist. This cylindrical container features a round glass stopper and a white label with gold borders and the words “AC.TARTARIC” in black letters. The label has been recessed into the glass. The underside is marked C.L.G.CO. and was made by Carr-Lowrey Glass Co. in Baltimore, Maryland (1889-2003). Fill with bath salts, cotton balls, and laundry room essentials for a one of a kind display or using them as unique vases for your favorite fall foliage or Halloween display. The top is removable & ready for filling!
Measures approx. 8 Tall x 2-7/8 in diameter / Weighs 1 lb. 4 oz.
This piece is in very good vintage condition and shows wear consistent with age and use by pharmacists years ago. There is one chip on the bottom edge that is not noticeable when upright and the bottom edge of the stopper is slightly uneven with small chips. Please see photos for more details.
