This is a SIGMA 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 DC MACRO HSM | Contemporary C014 lens for Pentax K mount (APS-C).
It's a popular telephoto macro lens, well-reviewed on sites like PhotoYodobashi. As a macro lens, it naturally offers excellent image quality for both close-up and telephoto shots. However, I've switched to a K-1, so I'm selling it after only using it a few times, mainly at the zoo.
