In Fair Condition. Stands and holds a pitcher & basin. Handles for the towels are a little loose. The back leg of the stand is slightly bended looking from holding a heavy pitcher, mirror frame has a small nick on the bottom. Needs some fixing but without fixing it still is in useful condition. The item will arrive DE ASSEMBLED. Very easy to re assemble
