This listing is for a vintage art glass cased dish. I believe it might be Fratelli Toso, but i got this piece at an estate sale so I can't be certain. It has a folded edge and is made of red and white cased glass. It has a bubble pattern scattered randomly throughout , and is solid and quite heavy. It is vintage , and likely pre - owned but is in good condition.
