This is a vintage 1938 brass Dick Tracy Secret Compartment Ring that was a toy premium by the Quaker Cereal company....It is in very nice condition, in my opinion!.......Also included is a Japanese made lithographed tin musical cowboy whistle/ noise maker.......I’m not quite sure how it works but the graphics are still very nice!...................OTHER THAN THAT, ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CONCERNS, OTHERWISE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN AS IS SALE WITH NO RETURNS.
