Vintage Tin Wind-Up Toy - Young Traveler Clockwork MS823
Vintage toy made in China with original box and key. The boy is rubber with cloth clothing and he is attached to the metal suitcase. Wind it up and he walks via the wheels on the suitcase. Very cute!

There is staining on the boy's shirt (photos #3,4,6), and there are scratches on the suitcase (photo #8). There is also a stain inside the box (not pictured), but the box exterior is good.
