This is a vintage postcard featuring an illustration by F. Earl Christy from 1907. The front shows a young couple, both dressed in red and white, with a banner that reads CORNELL. The woman holds a small Cornell pennant and a parasol. The top of the card has the words Gornell, I yell, yell, yell, Gornell . The back of the postcard is a divided back with an embossed design and is postmarked from 1907. It is addressed to a Mr. Clarence Swick in Interlaken, N.Y. and has a one-cent stamp. It has a handwritten message that reads How does this weather suit you? Have never got the M. Co fired yet. L. F. Ru. It is marked Souvenir Post Card Co., New York, and Printed in Germany.
