Outstanding condition. Some pinholes but nothing has been taken away in spite of that. This was given when Lincoln was still in office. Amazing to say the least. The recipient was serving in the 1st engineers battalion and they were located in New York. You can trace his history with that info on the internet. As far as I can tell it is authentic but I am not an expert, I have done the work to know better. Based off of others on eBay and such the price is very fair especially because of condition. Make an offer. I really want this to sell.
