It is an EU 50 aka US 40 or medium, and the last four images show measurements. Notched lapel, front two-button closure, two front flap pockets, left chest welt pocket, four non-functional sleeve buttons, double vent, 57% wool and 43% silk body, 100% viscose lining with allover V logo pattern. Made in Croatia.
