For sale: This Little Monster original art by Al Rio! Its on magazine sized art board, fully inked and signed by Al Rio in 2009. It was done as one of the mascots for the comic book store Little Monster Comics.
Al Rio was a Brazilian comic book artist renowned for his dynamic, highly detailed illustrations. Rising to prominence in the 1990s, he worked on Gen¹³, DV8, and Grimm Fairy Tales, among others. His style blended realism with exaggerated comic aesthetics. Rios talent extended across superhero, fantasy, and pin-up art, making him a fan favorite. Tragically, he passed away in 2012, leaving behind a legacy of stunning comic artistry.
