This is a WATERMAN Expert Essential ballpoint pen.
There are no noticeable scratches or stains,
and I think it's a beautiful item, close to unused.
I tested it out, and the ink came out.
Please note that I don't know how much ink is left.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect new item.
