I've tied it off so it doesn't loosen more. I noticed one or two slightly loose beads on the cuffs and one on the collar near the shoulder with one bit of broken string. Two buttons could use reinforcing. These are not easily noticeable and should be a pretty quick fix for anyone handy with a sewing needle.
