This is a valuable book by Yoshiyuki Okada, a pastry chef from the cake shop A. Point in Nishi-Hachioji.
It features wonderful sweets that combine the cakes you see at the cake shop with Okada-san's exquisite sense. The thoughts he puts into his cakes are also written here. Although this is a very rare book, the types of ingredients and preparation units are geared towards professionals, I think.
I received this book from this site, and I have taken good care of it by covering it with film. There are scratches on the cover, as if something was pressed on it. There are also fine scratches due to aging.
