This is a wonderful book by the esteemed Minako Imada, filled with beautiful photos and a love for sweets.
It's a fun and engaging cookbook, featuring not only photos of finished sweets, recipes, and how-tos, but also basic techniques for making sweets, the origins of sweets, and their culture.
There are some stains here and there as I made recipes like cakes while looking at them, but it's in a condition without tears or shape loss.
For those who understand the vintage condition.
