I curate each piece, but sometimes, they have imperfections from their previous life. I note any noticeable imperfections I see, but ZOOM IN on the photos to be sure you are happy with the condition.
Most items ship the same day as your purchase. Once an item has been placed with the shipping carrier, the time it takes to reach the buyer is no longer in my control. Your pieces will be carefully packed to protect your purchase for shipping. Damage should NOT occur, but sometimes, the carriers get carried away. IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN items are insured. Please save packaging, box, or item and take photos. You will need these to file a claim with the carrier.
