It looks nearly new (as ibex often does to the bitter end). Equally important is fabric longevity, stretch resilience etc. Here, I would say the sweater is at 35-40% of its full lifetime based on the back of lower sleeves that show a sheen from wear. (not really visible, can't see on photo 3.) Thus it is not nearly new. Cosmetic defect: On the inside of the large front pockets are some small snags and pills (photo 8) which do not show on the outside.
