Gorgeous vintage 1980’s Patty O’Neil black and gray velour dress - stunning. It is in excellent condition - no issues that I can see/find. It's been kept in a zipped clothing bag. Black velour bodice. Side zipper. Fit & Flare styling - gray taffeta - ruched faux cummerbund & bow detail at the waist. Beautiful open back. Tea length. Ballerina-type neckline/sleeves with small shoulder pads for perfect shape. Size is 9/10 (as per tag). Approximate measurements laying flat: 16 pit-to-pit, 14 waist and 35 from beginning of taffeta to bottom hem. Beautifully finished - see photo - finished seams and hem. This is an easy dress to wear. Comfortable with great style.
