3 layers of flounce ruffles that go up higher center back
Here are the mysterious parts:
No fabric tag, has a crepe texture, some weight to it, those ruffles hang nicely
No any other kind of tag, possibly home made or made for someone by a seamstress
Side zip is plastic, so maybe 1980's? but no shoulder pads-the style is VERY 40's cocktail, let's go dancing etc. but that plastic zipper....
It's about a modern size 4, Please Measure!
