This booklet (memo pad size) is 51 years old and fits perfectly in a breast pocket.
It is probably a rare document, as it is unlikely that any exist today. It is unknown if the manufacturer even has a copy.
I received this booklet myself over 30 years ago when I became a dozer operator and have cherished it ever since.
At that time, there were no videos, and we gained knowledge from overhead projectors, mimeographed materials, and by watching senior operators.
The dozer, of course, had a direct shift transmission, and we had to disengage the main clutch, push in the shaft brake, and manually shift gears while changing directions. We also had to pull the direction lever and engage the direction brake to change direction... It was a machine that would leave you exhausted after a day of operation.
