Factory sealed, brand new game. Overall, excellent condition. The back of the box has slight warping, pretty common with monopoly games. Cellophane has some fogging. Front of box, bottom right corner has some light wear. All other corners are excellent. Overall, I rate this 8 out of 10. Please see all of the pictures and ask any questions before buying.
