Controversial piece ! Flawless ! No damage or repairs! Frankoma expert collectors do not want to recognize this piece as Frankoma but not a single one of them or anybody else could identify it with any other pottery company..... although they all tried. I purchased this from a Frankoma collection which was being sold off at an estate sale ....and everything about it fits as far as color and glaze. No signatures. In light of the controversy I am not going to guarantee it is anything but a 65-80 art pottery elephant. It is a beautiful piece in every way ! Love the yellowish clay underbody peaking through the applied green glaze. 24 years experience shipping treasures to,you .....safely.... !
