Fringe poncho like top available in black or tan (sand color). Just in time for the spring not heavy material. Material soft almost like suede but not suede. Once size sits most. Please keep in mind poncho fastens at the wrists. If wrist are big I would not recommend. Zips at neck like turtleneck style.
