This is a one of a kind couture custom made dress from a Washingtonian Socialite. Dress is silk knit and organza with bling accents. There is a stain on the dress which appears to be makeup and a dry cleaner may be able to get out. We have not attempted to remove and cannot guarantee if it will come out or not.
