Cosmo is a one of a kind custom painted and dyed American Girl brand Caring For Baby 8 inch doll. Her posable body has been dyed blue and painted with stripes and spots. All face and body paint has been fully sealed. Please note that one of Cosmo's legs has a pink tinge due to the pigment used to color her foot spreading.
This doll's purchase includes a multi-colored blue tutu and white rose headband.
