This is a beautiful example of the Chocolate Version Head Rococo (Flying) variant.
Hologram stickers, especially on Head Rococo cards, often have misaligned printing, but this one is centered on both the front and back.
The back is in near-mint condition, while the front has small holo chips on the top and upper left. There are no scratches on the holo itself, and the mirror surface is clean. There is a slight, shallow crease.
