Rare Vintage collectable Frankoma Pottery
Frankoma Pottery collectibles were inspired by a lack of American collectibles. So John Frank produced in 1965 these plates with collectors in mind, and designed a series of yearly plates. John designed these plates with the most important season of the year Christmas time. Each plate originates with God giving a gift, a Savior to the world, therefore each of these plates bares a biblical message in picture and word. After 1973 John's daughter Joniece Frank took possession of her deceased father's pottery. These plates are not numbered, but are copyrighted and signed and no seconds are sold making them a signed Limited Edition, per Schiffer Book for Collectors 3rd edition states.
