This is a US PARATROOPERS souvenir jacket. It has a TALON zipper.
I purchased this as a used item and have worn it a few times before storing it.
The previous owner removed the tag at the neck, so the brand is unknown.
There are some minor flaws, such as fading of the velvet fabric, fraying at the top of the pockets, and light soiling on the embroidery, but there are no major tears, and it can still be worn.
The size tag is missing, so the original size is unknown.
