Vintage formal shawl or wrap or collar, likely from the 1990s. Sheer black base with heaving beading creating a beautiful floral design. Beaded fringe around the bottom edge. There are two heavily beaded ties (in quotes because they don't actually tie, they are more like weights to hold the wrap down in front) on each front point, flowers. No tags or labels. Drape over a plain dress to create a more dramatic/romantic look. Weighs over a pound!
This appears to be a one-size item and should fit most.
Condition is great. I don't see any issues.
